Job Summary:
Great opportunity for Czech speakers looking for a job in Krakow. The procurement officer job is for someone with a degree in the Engineering sector, and that you have 2-4 years previous experience in supply chain management, and a good knowledge in purchasing and sourcing etc. We are looking for someone who is also flexible for this is a job for someone able to work in shifts. As the procurement officer you can expect to receive a salary around 7500 zloty – 8000 zloty gross per month.

What will you do in this job?
As the procurement officer you will be responsible for handling both direct and indirect procurement functions and you will responsible for the management of end to end procurement activities for example purchase requisitions into purchase orders and the posting of the purchase order to junior procurement agents where you monitor and guide them in the process. You will be responsible for the management of pricing changes and maintain control over suppliers whilst building good relationships with them too. Lastly you would be tasked with the management of day to day activities and make sure that the services delivered to clients is of a high quality.

With employing over 500 people and winning awards based on their good service, they are currently looking for a Czech speaker for to be their next procurement officer to aid them in their expansion. Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who speaks near native Czech and who also has a good level of English. You have a degree and at least 2-4 years previous experience in supply chain management and a good knowledge of procurement processes as well as purchasing, sourcing and vendor management. You have front end experience in ERP systems along with good analytical skills, great typing and communication skills in both Czech and English. You know your way around MS Excel where you know how to use Vlook up and Pivot tables and last but not least that you are flexible and able to work in shifts.
