What is the job?
Our client is setting up a new team for a brand new range of consumer products. The Dutch customer service agent will deal with end-users who have questions about warranty, product failure etc. You will be required to deal with these customer by phone and email and work towards targets like customer service satisfaction, cases solved etc. As the Dutch customer service agent will be supporting end-users rather than corporate clients your working hours might outside the normal working hours of Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 but this still needs to be confirmed.

Our client has won numerous awards over the last number of years and is one of those companies you wish you had joined in 3 years from now. They have opened offices in Europe and the States and are aggressively growing.
Who are we looking for?
Obviously to be considered for the Dutch customer service job you need to speak and write fluent Dutch. However as training and internal communication will be in English you need to have a good level of English which our client will test. Previous contact centre experience is a plus however if you have strong customer service experience gained in retail or the hospitality industry we will consider your profile as well.
Where is the job?
This job is based in Cork, the 2nd biggest city in Ireland but people from Cork will tell you it is the best city to live in. Cork has its own airport so a weekend away into Europe is done in a hop and a skip but as people from Cork might tell you; there is no reason to leave for the weekend as there is plenty of nightlife as well as great outdoors activities.
Interview process and Salary
Our client will do a first phone screen followed by a number of online assessments. If you pass these there will be a final interview and 2 reference checks. The salary is €21900 and some relocation expenses will be covered up to €285.
