What will you do in this job?
Your job as the Dutch quality specialist will be to aid the management team review current process and policies using Kaizen and Six sigma methods. To audit transaction and give feedback on quality parameters to CSR’s, generate reports, identifying improvement areas, whilst constantly string to deliver a high standard of service.

With employing over 500 people and winning awards based on their good service, they are currently looking for Dutch speaking quality specialists to aid them in their expansion. Who are we looking for?
For this quality specialist job we are looking for a Dutch speaker who has previous experience in process improvement and has a qualification in Six sigma as well as being familiar with using Statistical Methods.
Some experience in transaction auditing and generating reports etc.
It is important to note that we are looking for an English + Dutch speaker (both being of a high level) and having good written and oral skills in both Dutch and English.
