Norwegian Customer Service Rep for Food/Beverage Sector - Belfast

Job Summary: 
Norwegian Speakers with a passion for helping others – who are well in the know when it comes to MS Office and is a typing master with up to 35+ words per minute. How does working in Belfast for a client of ours who just received a new project within the food/beverage industry? This could be your next exciting step abroad. In terms of Salary you can expect to earn £14,976 gross per annum.

What will you do in this job?
As part of this new Norwegian Customer Service team here in Belfast it will you job to answer all incoming calls and emails from customers with any issues and queries - with such task you will need to follow supplied scripts in order to ensure the customer is fully satisfied. You will also need to document and log all issues you encounter in the CRM system after you have fully descriptive to resolve any issues customers have. Not forgetting to keep yourself fully up to date on all of the products and services that this particular project has so that you can always supply the most accurate information.

With this particular client looking for a number language speakers they are currently looking for a Norwegian speaker to fill the position of customer service representative.

Who are we looking for?
For this Customer Service Job we are looking for you to have a near native level of Norwegian and a good level of English as you will need to have excellent communication skills in both languages to help customers via phone and email. You will need to have some prior experience in the customer service industry (customer service experience in food & beverage industry would be a plus for your application). You have excellent MS Office skills and you are a typing master (can type 35+ WPM). You are customer oriented and like to help others.
