We are currently looking for a recruitment administrator to join Careertrotter to help us grow in 2015. As the recruitment administrator you will support the recruitment team with a variety of tasks. Part of the job is to create our own unique ads and post them on the various platforms. Furthermore you will monitor our applicant tracking system and ensure all our our email templates and communication forms are constantly up to date. You will support with all reference checking activities and assist as well with some pre-screening of direct applicants. There might be other ad-hoc tasks like helping to organise a networking event etc. You will work closely with all recruiters and as will act as a role model for interns that join Careertrotter to gain some work experience.
Who is our client?
This job is an internal Careertrotter vacancy. We are a young and ambitious recruitment agency. What we do is nothing new! There are more agencies out there that offer the same service. However how we do it and why we do it is unique. We dream and we want to dream big. Who says we cannot open an office abroad soon? We offer international language recruitment and based on the feedback of our clients we are doing a great job. We are based in the city centre and have moved into a new office that is all set up for growth.
Who are we looking for?
Eventhough we are a multilingual recruitment agency we require a native level English speaker for the job as you are the main responsible for some of our English content. A 2nd European language will be hugely beneficial but your English needs to be top notch. You have a 3rd level degree and would love to gain experience in a Recruitment and or HR environment. You can multitask like no other and have excellent time management skills. Furthermore you prefer to work in a small company looking to grow and becoming better. This job is a prime example of that as it is newly created! You might want to move into recruitment altogether down the line but for now we need a hands on recruitment assistant to ease the workload of the recruitment team and help improve their productivity.
Where is this language job based?
We are based in the city centre in a nice renovated office building. We want to be easy accessible for our employees and feel we should not be too far away from a good pub for the Friday after work pint. Interview process and salary We will do a telephone interview and face to face interview. Salary is starting from €22k + bonus. Please note we are looking for people to be based in Dublin already.
