What will you do in this job?
As a salesforce helpdesk agent you will be tasked with the identification of technical issues that may arise and provide solution to those affected, create and manage customer relationships with our clients through prompt customer service. Build product awareness within training sessions that you will assist in when needed. Work closely with higher ups to ensure all high profile customers’ needs are being seen to.

Who are we looking for?
For this Salesforce helpdesk job we are looking for someone who has an exceptional level of English and is certified in Salesforce Admin 201,211, 301 or 401 (Being preferred & No knowledge of code is required), meaning that you are capable to manage sales and cloud services using salesforce applications.
Someone who can learn and understand a vast amount of technical information on our client’s service and products, that you are able to multitask, work quickly and effectively as you will be working to achieve short targets in a constantly changing technical environment. That you have an affinity for technology and know how it ticks, that you are driven and excel when it comes to hitting targets.
As our client operates in the recruitment industry, previous experience in recruitment would be a plus bit is not required.
English is the main language requirement for this helpdesk job but it would be a plus if you had a second language.

Interview & Salary
The interview process will involve a face-to-face interview with our client and if you are successful you can expect a salary for this technical support job will be along the lines of €28,000 (gross per annum) +10% on a quarterly performance bonus, sounds good yes?
