Careertrotter are currently looking for near native Spanish speakers with excellent English, as you will be using both languages on a daily basis so we are looking for someone who is confident in speaking both Spanish and English for this App Support Job. You have a technical mind and love learning something new, oh and you want to work abroad in Krakow, Poland.
What will you do in this job?
As the Spanish app support agent, it will be your job to take calls in application support in both English and Spanish. Support applications on a 1.5 level and work closely with level 2 support.
You will required to translate tickets from Spanish to English as well as revising code written in Spanish, review apps with both level 2 and 3 teams too.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a multilingual speaker who is comfortable in talking and writing both Spanish and English, we need your language skills to be impeccable, as you will be tasked with the translating of tickets to English from Spanish and review coded written in Spanish.
ITIL Certification is a bonus.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Spanish App Support role has a number of stages, i.e. phone interview, a face-to-face interview, and a technical evaluation to test your IT skills.
