Job Summary: 
A near native Turkish speaker with excellent English is who we are after to start ASAP for our international product and services providing client in Cork, a client who specialises is finding each customers dream holiday for them.  Previous sales experience would be great but it’s not compulsory as our client provides a training program once you are hired. In this Sales Representative you can expect a competitive starting salary of €21,500 along with a bonus, so you could be looking at earning between €23,000 - €26,000 OTE.

What will you do in this Turkish job?
As a sales representative for this particular client you will take on a sales consultant role for those who love to travel and explore the world. You will deal with all inbound and outbound calls, whilst working on your personal targets through maximising any and all sales opportunities. There will be a strong emphasis on switch selling which is where you would place cheap goods/services on offer to entice the customer into buying. One of your main priorities will be to deliver a high quality service that works on the building of a customer base, and you will be required to maintain this member base through regular contact and obviously helping each customer to find their dream holiday.

Our client is one of the leading providers of innovative product/services with the travel and leisure industry. They operate globally and have a number of offices on every continent. They have a main support office in Ireland that support all of their European operations.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a near native Turkish speaker who also has an excellent level of English, as you will be working with clients/customers in both languages. We are on the hunt for a multitasker who is well able to handle challenging sales situations. You can deliver a professional phone manner where you can project a positive attitude that helps the customer build up a trusting relationship with their sales representative. You are good with computers and enjoy working within a team, meeting both personal and team targets.
Having previous sales experience in a call centre would be a great advantage but it’s not necessary as our client offers a full training program.

Cork is where we are looking for an Turkish speaker. Cork being the second biggest city in Ireland, is a large multicultural city live in, you would get the chance to experience a number of different and exciting cultures. Interview & Salary
Our client is looking for Turkish speakers to start ASAP, the interview process with be along the lines of a language test and interview all via phone so if you are currently living abroad it should help. There is a relocation package on offer for the Successful candidate and you can expect a starting salary of €21,500 gross per year plus bonus based on performance.
