German + French Tech Support Agent - Dusseldorf
 

German + French speaking Tech Support Agents with an interest in growing their career in the Software/Tech industry - We have an exciting client of ours here in Dusseldorf. You do not need previous experience in the tech support sector so this is a great opportunity for those starting out or for those looking to change career paths.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Take incoming calls and emails from Customers facing technical software issues. 
  • Offer 1st and 2nd level support where needed.
  • Manage these issues within the company CRM Ticketing system.
  • Work on resolving any issues in a timely and professional matter. 
  • Escalate issues where needed.

With near 50 years in the B2C relationship building sector - providing their clients with the right tools to make every interaction drive to a complete success. Our client is a market leader who is currently looking to hire German + French Speaking Tech Support Agents in their Dusseldorf Office. 

 

Main Requirements:
You will need the following skills in order to qualify for this job:

  • Near native German
  • Good level of English 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer Focused 
  • You like the idea of working with software 
  • No previous experience is needed in the Tech Support field but it would be beneficial. 

 

Where is this job located?

Dusseldorf – Germany you would be living and working in the capital of the NRW – North Rhine Westphalia state of Germany. One of Germany’s most prestigious industrial and financial centres with affordable housing, a vast variety of multicultural individuals accompanied with a great modern lifestyle.

 

Interview & Salary: 

You will be invited to sit an online assessment (to assess the level of problem-solving skills).

Sit a Face-to-face Interview (Our client is flexible, if not possible to interview in Dusseldorf - a phone/Skype interview can be possible).

Keep in mind the interview process is pretty quick - you will have feedback in a little as 1 or 2 weeks. 

 

Salary: Earn between €40,000 - €45,000 gross per annum.
