- You will take incoming calls and emails from customers with queries/issues/complaints.
- Escalate issues where needed.
- Work with various departments within the company.
- Update the company customer database with each case you deal with.
- Adhoc duties where necessary.

- Near native Italian

- 6 months Customer Service Experience (call centre experience is preferred)

- OK with working in Shifts
