You will be responsible for providing continuous customer service to customers via both phone and email. Be able to probe customers in order to resolve issues they ay be having. You will ensure that all tickets/issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Who are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for near native Greek speakers with excellent English (you will be dealing with Greek customers and English business partners). Communication (Written & Verbal) skills in both languages are crucial.
You will need at least 1 year’s customer service experience and a passion to grow within this sector. You have good typing skills (25 words per minute).
