Near Native Czech speakers with a good level of English who are looking for a job in technical support preferably first level support, which is based in Warsaw, Poland.
What will you do in this job?
Your day to day activities will fall under headings such as delivering technical expertise to the help desk teams, user follow up, managing smaller help desk problems, following up end users, providing software, hardware and network problem diagnosis and solution via telephone to customers etc. All the while endeavoring to deliver a good standard of technical support.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is a business solutions provider based in Krakow and is gradually expanding in the EU. With employing over 500 people and winning awards based on their good service, they are currently looking for a Czech speaking technical support agent to aid them in their expansion. Our client prides themselves and is well known for encouraging their employees to grow, supporting innovation and restricting their employees to a rigid job description.
The project that you will be working on will be for an international food and drink business, based in Warsaw.
Who are we looking for?
For this first level technical support job we are looking for an English speaker with near native Czech, with experience in technical support, Customer Service industry. That you have good problem solving skills and can articulate them through English and Czech. You have experience and are comfortable with the use of a number of Windows operating systems.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, know your way around MSOffice you are customer focused and can work well alone and in a team.
To help with this first level support job you should have ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3 and it would be ideal if you had MCP/MSCE/MSCA or HDI CSS.

This Czech speaking job is based in Warsaw Poland. Warsaw being the ‘cultural hub’ of Poland, offers great experiences for its new inhabitants, what with an exciting night life, great museums and art galleries and stunning events like the ‘Multimedia Fountain Park’, a sight you cannot miss.
Interview & Salary
For this technical support job there is no need to fly over for the interview as it can take place over the phone. If successful you will then be asked to sit a technical and language evaluation.
If you happen to live in Warsaw, the interview process is a little different, there will be a face-to-face interview and you will also sit a technical and language evaluation, all on the same day. The salary will be confirmed in the interview process.
