We’re looking for a Danish customer service team lead that’s interested in working within the online gaming/gambling industry here in Malta.
What will you do in this job?
As the customer service team lead you will be responsible for keeping the team on target and ensuring top quality of service. Assess your team keeping on top of any problem areas by holding regular one-to-ones You will need to lead by example and keep yourself up to date on all products and services offered by our client.

For this team lead position, you will need to have a near native level of Danish and English where you have excellent communication skills (written & verbal). You have previous customer service experience as well as being an excellent team player and target driven. You work well under pressure and have well-developed leadership skills.

Interview & Salary
For this Danish speaking job, the interview process is straightforward – you will be invited for a phone interview and if successful there will a Skype interview with the companies HR Manager and Team lead. Depending on you spoken level of Danish – there may also be a written Danish test.
With regards to salary, you can expect to bring home €31,000 - €34,000 plus up to €5000 annual bonus depending on performance.
