What will you do in this job?
As the latest edition to the beauty of Krakow, in our client’s senior role as a Dutch communications manager, it will be your job to achieve all targets set forth, identify language issues and resolve them promptly, identify areas of improvement and most importantly listen back, evaluate and give good constructive feedback to agents in order to improve communication quality.

Our client is a well-known business solutions provider based in Krakow and is gradually expanding in the EU. With employing over 500 people and winning awards based on their good service, they are currently looking for Dutch speakers to aid them in their overall language quality of their IT and Customers service agents. Who are we looking for?
For this Communications Manager Role, we are looking for a near native Dutch speaker who has a firm grasp of English too. That you have some previous experience in communication training in a call centre. We are looking for a multitasker as it will be your job to ensure strict adherence to quality standards over the phone and that you are capable of delivering constructive feedback to better the quality of our client’s service.
It is important to be comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office as you will be required to use it in the development of quality reports such as bar charts, graphs etc.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Dutch speaking Communications Manager role has 2 stages, i.e. phone interview, a face-to-face interview.
Your salary being in Poland will be in Polish Zloty and you will be looking at receiving between 5600 and 6050 gross per month.
