What will you do in this job?
You will be dealing with customers over the phone and via email on a day-to-day basis – there is a 50:50 split between Admin and Customer Service duties as you will be taking orders and selling equestrian products and service whilst also drawing up the correct paperwork after each translation.
Who will you be working for?
Work for a company that has over 50 years’ experience in selling top quality equestrian products to those in the Horse racing and care industry. They are a Dutch company with an office based in the South of Germany and looking to grow their Dutch Customer Care Team.
Who are we looking for?
You will need a near native level of Dutch and English – Communication skills need to be perfect (written and verbal). You must have excellent phone skills and this will mainly be where you will operate. Good computer skills are need as you will use Microsoft Office quite a bit. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Dutch speaker as you will be dealing with clients each day and customer care is crucial.
Where would you be working?
You would be working in the South of Germany very close to Heidelberg and only 30 minutes away from Mannheim. You will be a short drive away from the Famous Hockenheim Museum or for the racers out there, the Hockenheim Ring.
Interview & Salary
There will be a face to face interview with the client here in Germany – but please keep in mind you will need to fund the flight/travel there yourself.
It is within this interview that the company will tell you if you will be hired – so the process is simple.
In regards to salary, you can expect to earn between €2,000 - €2,200 gross per month (for an amazing CV we could for more). There is a relocation package on offer but we would need to discuss this on a case by case basis.
