What will you do in this job?
As part of the Dutch Customer Service team it will be your job to help solve customers issues via phone and email and this can be both in English and in Dutch. You will be helping customers in areas such as product orders and technical issues etc. Be responsible and take ownership of each customer case you take on until the matter is solved and if needed help out with other teams accross the business.

Who are we looking for?
For this customer service job we are looking for someone with a near native level of Dutch with a good level of English. With that you have at least 6 months experience in the customer service sector, you have attention to detail and know your way around MSOffice. A big advantage is a Dutch speaker with experience in Web-based apps or Oracle.
