What will you do in this job?
As a Customer Service agent you will be dealing with customer via phone and email, you will record and manage issues and queries as they arise and help customers in a professional and timely manner. You will be in charge of monitoring customer’s payments of goods and will be working closely with the finance department on this. Last but not least you will need to keep up to date on the product offerings of our client so that when the opportunity arises you will be able to up and cross sell.

We are looking for you to have some previous office expereince, ofcourse 1-2 years customer service expereince would be even better for your application. What you do need however is a near native level in and an excellent level of English as you will be dealing with both Dutch and English Speaking Customers. You know your way around MS Office and you have a team player. Our client really is looking for more of a personality fit at the moment.

Interview & Salary
