As part of the Dutch Customer Service team, you will be responsible for taking all incoming emails and calls from customer with queries and issues. Making sure that you offer the best customer service possible and delivering the highest customer satisfaction.

Our client has many years’ experience in the field and is now looking for multilingual Dutch speaker to join their team in Hamburg today.
Who are we looking for?
For this multilingual customer service job, we are looking for you to have a near native level of Dutch and a good level of English would be a plus for your application. You like the idea of working in customer service and like to work with computers (6 months previous call centre experience). You know your way around all MS Office applications and you don’t mind working in shifts.

Hamburg: A city bursting with life, that’s crossed by many canals and has some great areas of parklands. Hamburg is Germany’s second-largest city and biggest port. It’s a city that works in companies from all around the world so you really get that international, multicultural feel.
Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Dutch Customer Service job is quite exciting. You will be invited for a Skype/Phone interview and if successful you will then be invited to our Clients Hamburg office and be there for a 4-day trial to see the inner working of what could be your workmates.
In terms of Salary, you can expect to earn €27,000 gross per annum but keep in mind we are looking for multilingual Dutch speakers who are truly interested in working in Hamburg as there is no relocation package but you will be reimbursed travel costs for the 4 trial days.
