6 months – 1-year customer service experience is needed but please keep in mind that our client is looking fo9r a good personality fit.
What will you do in this job?
As a customer service agent, you will be tasked with answering the phone and emails from Dutch-speaking customers who may have issues or questions about the service. You will need to keep yourself up to date on all of the company’s services as you will be known as an expert who (when needed) can educate the customer on the best way forward.
You will be working towards certain targets that revolve around customer satisfaction and talk time etc. and not forgetting you are asked for constant feedback in order to help all company processes better improve.

Who are we looking for?
You will need a near native level of Dutch and a good business level of English – excellent communication is needed (written and verbal).
You are a wizard with Microsoft Office applications, have excellent problem solving and time management skills.
You will need 6 months – 1 year’s customer care/call centre experience for this position so don’t forget to highlight this in your CV.

How does working less than 35 minutes’ drive from Dublin city centre? As our client is based in Dublin North, a pleasant suburb full of activities, easy access to public transport and amenities. Especially when your potential employer offers employee shuttle buses.
Interview & Salary
The interview process involves a Dutch language test, 2 interviews (face-to-face OR via Skype – our client is flexible) one with the recruiter and one with the team lead.
Last but not least – there will be a background check before any job offer is made as you will be dealing with sensitive information on a day-to-day basis.
In terms of salary, you can expect to earn €24,000 - €25,000 gross per annum. There is an option when it comes to a relocation package – you can either take €1,500 in cash (which is taxable) or go for the paid flight to Ireland and 1 week paid accommodation – it's up to you!
