What will you do in this job?
As part of the Customer Service Specialist team you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to all via various communication channels. Focus on getting back to all customers with solutions/answers to their queries/issues whilst trying to build a strong customer and brand connection that results in brand loyalty. Work closely with various vendors of our clients products and keep an eye on customer reviews on the website.

Our client is currently looking to expand and this is why we are looking for a Dutch speaker to join their Specialist Customer Service team here in their Dublin office as soon as possible.
Who are we looking for?
For this Customer Service Specialist job we are looking for you to have a near native level of Dutch and an excellent level of English. You have top notch communication skills (over the phone and via email). You have between 1-2 years’ experience in a high-volume contact center or retail or possibly in hospitality. You are a wiz on a keyboard and have a minimum of 45 WPM as you fingers will be kept busy here.
You have experience and a comfortable with working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and you have a good working knowledge in ticketing system.
Where would you be working?
This Dutch speaking job in the specialist customer service team is based in the beautiful capital city of Ireland: Dublin. Being the most populated area in Ireland means that you always have something to do, from visiting the zoo, lounging in Phoenix Park or St. Stephen's Green, go shopping in the many stores in the city centre, or simply relax in Dublin’s many restaurants and/or café’s. With a rich history, Dublin has many tourist attractions such as the Molly Malone statue, the Papal Cross and the Guinness Storehouse.
Interview & Salary
The interview process involves a quick phone screening that will be followed by 2 tests, which are a Dutch and English language. If you are successful in the previous steps there will then be an in-depth Skype interview.
Your salary if you get this Dutch Customer Service Specialist job will look something along the lines of €23,000 (gross a year) in the beginning and will increase to €26,000 after 6 short months and then again after 12 months. Of course, for those of you who are currently living abroad, the company is offering a relocation package of up to €300. Not too shabby eh?
