What will you do in this job?
As HR Administrator – there will never be a dull moment – your day-to-day will consist of providing global support to other HR colleagues, customer care and IT Employees within the company, manage employee data issues, payroll and travel related service lines and escalate delays in problem resolution. You will be responsibly acknowledging requests with empathy and assurance for your team.

Our client is a well-known business solutions provider based in Wroclaw and is gradually expanding in the EU. With employing over 500 people and winning awards based on their good service, they are currently looking for a Dutch HR Administrator to aid them in their expansion. Who are we looking for?
First, you will need a near native level of Dutch and a good level of English. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Secondly, experience in the customer service sector (1-4 years) and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the H/Human Resources sector.
You are experienced in dealing with customer and employee issues and have strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
Lastly, you work well under pressure, are a team player and have a good eye for detail.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Dutch speaking HR Administrator position has a number of stages, i.e. phone interview, a face-to-face interview, and a technical evaluation to test your IT skills.
Your salary is dependent on the experience you bring to this Dutch HR Admin job, but you could be looking at earning in between 6000 Zloty - 6500 Zloty per month (gross). However, there are a number of benefits such as life insurance and leisure vouchers etc. and there is also relocation support that if needed can be supplied. The salary will be confirmed in the interview process.
