As part of the customer service team it will be your job to answer queries in regards to traveling via the phone and through email. As you will need a background in the travel industry this should not be a problem. You will use check in / booking tools to help you with the job so having a good know how of them like Amadeus will be a big advantage of them.

Who are we looking for?
For this Dutch Customer Service job we are first of all looking for you to have a near native level of Dutch and have excellent English as you will use both Dutch and English on a daily basis. You have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms in both languages too. We are looking for you to have previous experience in the Travel industry – so if you have worked in a travel agency or am airport check in then we want to talk to you. You will need to have worked with various check in/booking tools like ‘Amadeus’ in order to be comfortable in this Customer Service job.
