What will you do in this job?
As the newest Dutch + German Account Executive to the team here in Stuttgart, you will be responsible for supporting clients via phone/email and face-to-face as you will be travelling back and forth from Germany to the Netherlands. As you will be actively working the entire sales cycle – you are responsible for building your own pipeline, developing and maintaining good business relationships as well as closing deals on a regular basis (which is the main reason for the travel element of this sales job). Thought-out the entire process you will need to focus on strengthening all relationships in order to keep clients and management happy.

Who are we looking for?
For this Account Executive Job, we are looking for a truly multilingual speaker as you will need a near native level of Dutch and German, along with a good level of English. You have excellent communication skills in all languages (both verbal and written). You have a minimum of 1 year’s previous experience in IT-Sales/Sales and you work well off of your own initiative and within a team. You have a full drivers licence as you will be given a company car to help you get around and you are ok with travel as you will spend 50% of your time in Germany & the other 50% in the Netherlands working on building your own pipeline & closing deals. Which is why it is important that you are comfortable with working through the entire sales cycle.
Where would you be working?
The Job offers and exciting travel element with a twist - the main office is based in Stuttgart so if you are currently living in Germany, our client will pay for accomodation for when you travel for business to the Netherlands. The same goes for if you are currnently living in the Nehterlands - the client will pay for accomodation when you visit Germany on business. Don't forget about the company car to help get you around while working abroad.
Interview & Salary
For this Dutch + German Account Executive Job the interview process is straight forward - there will be 1 Skype interview and if successful you will then be invited for a face-to-face interview in Stuttgart.
In terms of Salary you can expect to earn between €40,000 - €56,000 basic gross per annum and up to €50,000 - €70,000 OTE gross per annum based on your sales targets and performance.
