Job Summary 
For the environmentally conscious Multilingual speaker with a talent for Administration.
This is job for you – we are looking for a Dutch + German speaker who has a minimum of 1 years Admin Experience ideally in one of the following - Billing/Payments/Account Receivables/ Accounts Payables. What will you do in this job?
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for customers and clients, managing and monitor all logistical tasks. You will be responsible for the review of current logistics procedures and recommend where necessary for more efficient changes. You will create and maintain work schedules and guidelines for employees, keeping in mind the current rules and regulations of the company. 

Who will you be working for?
You will be working for a family run business that is on the fast track for growth. They focus on the disposal of organic material and convert this into renewable energy.  They are based in Almelo in the Netherlands and are looking for a multilingual Dutch + German speaker to be their new Administrative Coordinator. 

Who are we looking for?
For this Administrative Coordinator job, we are looking for you to have a near native level of Dutch AND German, along with a good level of English. A strong customer focus and communication skills are crucial for this job as you will be the point of contact for Customers and Clients. 
You will need to have a minimum of 1 years Administration experience – preferably in one of the following Billing/Payments/Account Receivables/ Accounts Payables. You are well capable of working on your own initiative and are a team player. Last but not least you are comfortable with all MS-Office applications. 

Where would you be working?
This Dutch + German Admin Coordinator job is based in Almelo here in the Netherlands which isn't too far from the Netherlands/Germany border so you are never too far from an exciting adventure. Almelo is a city with great history with a castle built in the city center in 1662 that is still standing today with some amazing mosaics to see when there. With an excellent bus service in the city to get around if you don't want to adopt the Dutch way of going by bike.

Interview & Salary 
For this multilingual Administrative Coordinator job, there will be a screening call or phone interview and if you are successful you will be invited for a face-to-face interview here in Almelo. 
In terms of salary you can expect to earn between €30,000 - €35,000 gross per annum.
