What will you do in this job?
As the newest Procurement agent to the team, you will be responsible for maintaining your own procurement portfolio as well as looking after both the S2C (source-to-contact) and RFQ (request for quotations) under company guidelines. Order management and administration will fall under your responsibilities as you take care of placing orders, tracking payments and be the point of contact for a number of business customers as well as a number of other company locations within the Netherlands, Belgium and the headquarters in Berlin.

Who are we looking for?
For this Procurement job we are looking for near native Dutch speakers with an excellent level of English (speaking German would be a plus). You have excellent communication skills, a 3rd level bachelor’s degree in the area of business, Logistics and/or Engineering. Buyer/Procurement experience would be a plus but since this is an entry level starting job we are willing to overlook lack of experience once you have a 3rd level degree. In terms of soft skills, we won't be flexible as we are looking for energetic, proactive Dutch speakers with excellent organisation skills and no fear of picking up the phone.

Interview & Salary:
For this Dutch speaking Procurement Agent, it is important to keep in mind that the interview process will be in English and is extremely straight forward with just 1 face-to-face interview. (1-hour interview with Team Lead and 30 mins with HR manager) With regards to salary you can expect to earn between €28,000 gross per annum, there is a good relocation package too - 1 month accommodation here in Berlin to help you find your feet.
