What will you do in this job?
You will be responsible for maintaining your own procurement portfolio as well as looking after both the S2C (source-to-contact) and RFQ (request for quotations) under company guidelines. You will be the key point of contact to a number of various stakeholders, be responsible for the sourcing of potential new supplier and negotiate prices where necessary. Order management and administration will fall under your responsibilities as you take care of placing orders, tracking payments and be the point of contact for a number of business customers as well as a number of other company locations within the Netherlands, Belgium and the headquarters in Berlin.

Who are we looking for?
For this Procurement Officer Role, we are looking for near native Dutch speakers with a good level of English. You have excellent communication skills (written & verbal), a 3rd level degree in the area of business/logistics and/or engineering and 2+ years of procurement/Buyer experience.
You have a good understanding on what exactly is a ‘’Matrix Organization’’ and are comfortable and experienced with using all MS Office applications.

Interview & Salary:
Interview for Dutch Procurement Officer job here in Berlin will be conducted in English and is extremely straightforward with just the 1 face-to-face interview (1-hour interview with team lead and 30 mins with HR Manager). With regards to salary you can expect to earn between €32,000 - €38,000 gross per annum and receive a relocation package of 1 month’s accommodation here in Berlin to help you find your feet.
