What will you do in this job?
As the latest Dutch speaking tech advisor you will be responsible for communicating to all customers via email and phone in regards to our client’s products and services, to aid in the diagnosis of technical problems from those who also work in the Tech industry such as a helpdesk agent. It will be your job to also prepare technical documents, monitor and manage the company forums as part of the tech support team to customer’s online queries.
This Tech support job is not to be confused with a first level support job, within this role you will be looking after the challenging end of technology problems such as server, hosting and advanced network issues. Tech masters will be turning to you for help so you really need to know your stuff and be our client’s next tech wizard.
It is important to note that you will be required to supply tech support in both Dutch and English.

Thanks to the high demand of their services they now have a job opening for Dutch with English speakers in Dublin Ireland for their Tech Support team.
Who are we looking for?
For this Tech Support role we are looking for someone who has a passion for IT, looking for a job in tech support, that you know your way around technology and enjoy helping others with it. Of course like the title suggests we are looking for you to have a near native level of Dutch and that you have a good level of English too.
That you have some experience as a Dutch first level support agent with a good knowledge or experience with the following technologies and solutions: GNU/Linux, HTML, Virtualization, POP or SMTP. Knowing all about these is important but what we really want is for you to be able to explain and describe these to others that would not have as a good a grasp on them.

Dublin is where this Dutch Tech Support job is based, which is great as you are surrounded with a number of restaurants, café’s bars, shops and so much more. Dublin has so much to offer, you will never be bored as there is something to do no matter the weather. With Dublin you are also at least 1 hours’ drive from the country or other big towns so you are never too far from peace and quiet. You could say you have the best of both worlds.
Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Tech Support job is quite straight forward, there will be a face-to-face interview followed by a technical test.
Once you have successfully passed both you can expect a salary that ranges between €22,000 & €28,000 depending on the previous experience you bring to the job. In terms of benefits our client offers health insurance and pension after probation.
