What will you do in this job?
Within this Dutch Technical Support job you will be responsible for the day to day support of customers via phone and email, you will investigate and offer solutions in a timely and efficient manner, always focussing on giving an excellent customer experience. Where needed you will escalate issues to Technical Support (Level 2) team, work as part of a close knit team and aim to reach both personal and team weekly and monthly targets.

Who are we looking for?
For this Technical Support Job we are looking for you to have a near native level of Dutch and an excellent level of English. You have A+ communication skills in both languages - both in written and verbally.
You are customer focussed and have excellent attention to detail. You have some previous Technical Support experience know your way around using WIFI enabled devices and products. You work well with handling a number of tasks at the same time and you are ok to work in shifts.
Where would you be working?
This Dutch technical support job is based in the beautiful capital city of Ireland: Dublin. Being the most populated area in Ireland Means That You Always Have Something to do, from visiting the zoo, lounging in Phoenix Park or St Stephen's Green, go shopping in the many stores in the city center, or simply relax in Dublin's many restaurants and / or cafés. With a rich history, Dublin has many tourist attractions: such as the Molly Malone statue, the Papal Cross and the Guinness Storehouse.
Interview & Salary
The Interview Process Involves a quick phone screening that will be Followed by 2 tests, Which are a Dutch and English language and then a technical test. If you are successful in the previous steps there will then be in-depth interview Skype.
Your salary if you get this Dutch Technical Support job will look something along the lines of €23,000, which will increase after just 6 short months here to €24,500 and then after 12 months you will receive a once off payment of €1,500 and your base salary will have grown to €26,000. Of course For Those of you who are currently living abroad the company is offering a relocation package of up to € 330 Not too shabby eh?
