What will you do in this job?
As part of the Technical Support team, you will be responsible taking incoming calls and emails from various clients and customers, advising them on how to resolve technical issues in relation to their vehicles. You will help clients when it comes to the logistical questions and where necessary advice both customer and clients on the best technical solution for their wants and needs.

Who are we looking for?
For this Technical Support job, we are looking for you to have a near native level of Dutch and an excellent level of English (no German required) – You will need excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
You have hands on experience in working in vehicle mechanics in a workshop and/or garage - this hands-on experience is crucial for your application – without it we cannot consider you for this job.
You have an excellent understanding of car electronics and are capable of discussing issues over the phone to customers with ease.

Interview & Salary
For this Dutch Technical Support Job the interview process is pretty straight forward – first there will be a phone interview and depending on the recruiter you could be asked to sit another phone interview or come to Dusseldorf for a face-to-face interview.
When it comes to salary you can expect to earn between €45,000 - €55,000 gross per annum and there is a relocation package available but this is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
