What will you do in this job?
As part of the recruitment team for the Belgium market your day-to-day will include being the first point of contact for your clients, prospecting candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process (screening and interview preparation).
You will be responsible for creating job postings and working with your team every now and then for candidates you find in your search looking for European placement. Last but by no means least you will be required to chase possible advertising channels for your jobs.

Who are we looking for?
For this Recruiter job we are looking for you to have a near native level of both Dutch and French (German would be a plus but is not a hard requirement). You will need excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
A third level degree in HR/Recruitment is needed along with a minimum of 1 years’ recruitment experience. You have a strong work ethic, are highly motivated and are a team player. SAP experience and MS Office knowledge is required.

Interview & Salary:
Interview for Dutch Procurement Officer job here in Berlin will be conducted in English and is extremely straightforward with just the 1 face-to-face interview (1-hour interview with team lead and 30 mins with HR Manager). With regards to salary, you can expect to earn between €32,000 gross per annum and receive a relocation package of 1 month’s accommodation here in Berlin to help you find your feet.
