What will you do in this job?
This Dutch + German Customer service representaitve job requires you to deal with emails and inbound calls from resellers and throughout your service, you will support them in renewing their licenses and other customer service queries that happen to arise. As the resellers are vital to our client they are dependent on you to deliver a high quality service to their Dutch and German speaking customers.

Our client is a multinational leader in the IT and outsourcing industry, who employs around 70, 000 people from around the world. Their headquarters are located in Gutersloh, Germany and is currently experiencing a speedy growth in their industry. They are well known for taking great care of their employees and are currently looking for Dutch speakers who also speak German to join their customer service team in the B2B environment.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has gained previous experience in Dutch Customer Service, ideally in a B2B environment. Working at a fast pace is crucial as the B2B desk can become rather demanding and you need to be an effective problem solver, all the while delivering a high standard of customer service. Our client is looking a near native Italian speaker, who is flexible and reliable and ideally have an interest in IT (but this is not required). Of course we are also looking for someone who is looking for or wanted to work abroad in Germany.
Where would you be working?
Gutersloh Germany is where you will be working, a city that is considered as a media and technology centre that is represented through many picturesque parks and gardens. It is often referred to as ‘little Nazareth’ in the EU because of its historical background. Gutersloh is less than 1 hour away from major international airports so you are never too far from home.
Interview & Salary
This particular Customer service representaitve job for Dutch speakers who also speak German in Germany requires you to pass a number of language and customer service related exams, which is then followed with a face-to-face interview. If you are successful you will receive an annual gross salary of €23,000 with the addition of flight reimbursement and if you are moving from abroad, 4 weeks accommodation.
