We are looking for an Executive assistant to live & work in Paris for an international lobby group. No previous experience needed, all we are looking for is for you to have excellent communication skills in both French and English as well as superb computer and MS Office skills.
What will you do in this job?
As an executive assistant you will be responsible for the organisation of the office calendar (scheduling appointments and meeting), planning ahead for traveling events where you will look after retrieving relevant visas, covering expenses etc. You will deal with correspondents from both France and the UK, answering any incoming calls, filling of important documents, follow up on projects and be the point of contact for your colleagues within the company.

Who are we looking for?
For this Executive Assistant job we are looking for you to have a near native level of English as well as French - Having an excellent level of communication in both languages is extremely important for our client. We are looking for you to have a university/college degree from the UK - if you have recently graduated, this is a great opportunity to help you kick start your career as you do not need any previous experience. What you do need a very particular set of skills: excellent computer skills and know your way around MS Office, not forgetting that you will need to have a good level of typing skills.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Executive Assistant job involves 1 face-to-face interview and some online language and skill tests, i.e. typing tests. Presentation is really important to our client so when it comes to the interview - dress to impress.
There is no relocation package available so you will need to have enough savings in order to make the move to work in Paris.
In terms of Salary, you can expect to earn €2230 gross per month.
