What will you do in this job?
With this teamlead role you will be expected to become a part of a growing and well organised call centre in Dublin’s Fair City. You will be tasked with looking after a number of customer service agents that will be providing 24/7 customer care. Just keep in mind that as a Teamleader your main working hours are during the day. As our client is quite proud of the service they can deliver to their customers they expect you to be able to ensure that SLA’s and KPI’s are met via regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions with your customer service team.

Our client is a well-known giant in the healthcare industry, operating along of coast of Ireland: Dublin. With offices all over the world, they are currently looking for you to fill this French speaking Team Lead job in Dublin.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a near native French speaker who also has an excellent level English. You have several years’ previous experience in customer service and at least 2 years’ experience in a Teamleader position within a contact centre and a proven track record of course. To be considered for this job your Teamleader experience would need to be quite recent as we need someone who can hit the ground running straight away. Lastly we ask that you have a genuine interest in moving to Dublin and be available to come for at least 1 face-to-face interview.

Interview & Salary
The interview process is over 3 stages, two over the phone and if successful you will be asked to fly over for a face-to-face interview. Lastly you will be asked to complete an exam to test your accuracy over the computer.
If you are successful you will receive a salary of between €34,000 - €40,000 depending on the skills and experience you can bring to the role. What’s great is that the company will also help you with relocating and paperwork.
