Job Description

We’re looking for French speakers experienced in the B2B Technical Customer Support sector.  It is crucial that you have at least 1-3 years’ experience in in Technical Customer support industry, have the ability to stay calm in high pressure situations and want to live and work in Dublin, Ireland.
Look forward to earning €26,000 with up to €1,200 performance bonus each year and great benefits like life insurance and a pension plan,

What will you do in this job?
Join the technical customer support team means you will be responsible for processing and helping clients with their accounts, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. You will be carrying out quality assurance checks and escalating any technical issues above customer support level. 
In order to stay on top of everything, you will need to keep yourself up to date on all clients products and the latest software updates in case clients call in with issues.

Who are we looking for?
You will need to have a near native level of French and a good level of English too - your communication skills will need to be excellent in both languages (written & verbal). 
You will need a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in the B2B technical customer support industry, have strong organization and time management skills along with excellent computer skills like MS Office or possible Google Suite. 

Where would you be working?
How does working less than 30 minutes’ drive from Dublin city center? As our client is based in Dublin North is a pleasant suburb full of activities, easy access to public transport and amenities. 

Interview & Salary
The interview process involves a French language test, a Skype call with the hiring manager and if successful you will be asked to sit another phone/Skype interview before the final decision.
