What will you do in this job?
As part of the customer support team you will be responsible for taking calls and emails from customers in relation to any damage and/or accidents that occur with the products of the company. You will need to be able to act fast in order to gather all of the information needed to determine the next step. You will be in regular contact with various departments such as insurance, repairs and appraisals etc. It is important to make sure you take note of all things discussed with the customer and to document them within the company database.

Who are we looking for?
You will need a near native level of French and we would like you to have a good level of English. 
Of course, excellent communication skills are a priority and you have previous customer support experience, it would be great if you have previous experience in the Insurance sector. You are customer focused, a quick thinker and have good computer and MS Office skills.

Interview & Salary
This French Customer Support Agent job is a 40 hour a week position that involved shift work. There will be 2 phone interviews and a language check with our client. 

In regards to salary, you can expect to earn €1870 gross per month as well as a monthly bonus once you reach 100% of your targets. 
Not to worry about jumping straight in, our client provides 3 weeks training before you get to hit the ground running.
