You will need 6 months previous customer service experience, have excellent communication skills in both French and English and if you are a non-EU citizen you will need to have a valid work permit already as our client does not provide work permits.

What will you do in this job?
As part of the Customer Service and Social Media Care team you will be responsible all inbound calls, emails and social media chats and conversation from all customers who have issues and/or queries that need answers within a specific time frame. You will manage and record customer issues within the company CRM system. Communicate in both French and English on an excellent level as you will be providing on a daily basis, easy to understand instructions. You will work with targets and provide feedback for better services when needed.
Last but not least you will regularly keep yourself up to date on all products from this brand, their latest updates, coming products etc.
