This particular Customer Service job is for a French speaker who enjoys Holiday Planning and Tourism activities is based in Cork. We are looking for an enthusiastic French Speaker to join the team, you will need to be extremely customer focussed and have an excellent level of English. This is a 40 hour a week French Job which will work within shifts. There are 2 different shift patterns involved: The Normal Shift - Working in shifts between 8am -11pm (these can change from week to week) where you can earn €22,200 gross per annum OR The New Shift - 12:30pm - 11pm where you will earn €24,000 (you decide what you would like to apply for). Not forgetting you are required to work at least 1 weekend a month.
What will you do in this job?
For this customer service job you would be dealing with French speaking B2C customers who have questions and inquiries about bookings or exiting. These customers will be looking for advice on their travel plans. Alongside advising both English and French customers our client invites you to become creative in helping to resolve customer problems. Who are we looking for?
