What will you do in this job?
As the latest addition to this exciting new project in Cork, it will be your job to answer customer queries mainly through Email and occasionally through phone and chat. In terms of resolving customer’s issues you will be tasked with investigating and researching these issues so that you can identify their problem and then escalate it when needed in order to ensure a timely and efficient customer experience. Our client is looking for someone with an eye for detail so for you to actively keep an eye out for possible ways to improve their overall service to customers would be a big plus in our client’s eyes. You will support your fellow team mates, sharing words of wisdom especially when it comes to increasing productivity.

Who are we looking for?
For this Customer Service job we are looking for a near native French speaker who has a good level of English and that you have exceptional written and verbal communicational skills in both French and English. You are a great problem solver who is also a quick learner as you could be using systems that you are not familiar with in the beginning. An empathetic person who can connect with customers is important as customer relationships is important to our client. You like working with computers and have a strong team spirit as you would be working in a brand new team that will be small at first, but the opportunity for growth is very real and could happen rather quickly. Lastly previous customer service experience is crucial for this French speaking job so make sure that is clear in your CV, when you register with us.

Interview & Salary

This is a customer service job where you would be expected to work in shifts from Monday-Sunday between 7am -7pm 5 days a week (40 hours a week).
If you are successful you will be looking at a salary of €23,100 (gross per annum), there is also a relocation package on offer - our client will put you up for 2 weeks in a hotel if you are successful in getting the job, so that's one worry off your back.
