Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you to have a near native level of French and excellent English – you have extremely good communication skills in both languages (written and verbal). You have an affinity for IT, 6-12 months customer service experience (Preferably in a contact center), excellent typing and PC skills and are extremely customer focused and outgoing.

Interview & Salary
The interview process involves a language test (French) ad a skype call with the hiring manager.
If successful, you will then be asked for another Phone/Skype Interview before the final decision is made.
