What will you do in this job?
As part of the French speaking second line support team it will be your job to provide fault diagnosis and analysis to customers who may be experiencing difficulties. You will provide both soft and hardware technical support through the phone too.
You will also be required to work with those at the helpdesk in cross training, implementation of operations. Remembering throughout to promote and foster teamwork.
Lastly you will be required to take on a project leader role when it comes to handling to projects for our client as well as participating in all training based modules.

Who are we looking for?
For this French speaking second line IT Support job we are looking for someone with excellent problem solving skills, who can work well in a team, who is capable to stay with the flow of technology and keep up with the changing tides. You need to be comfortable with working with technology as you will be identifying and resolving technical issues on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who has a near native level of French and a good knowledge in English.
As this is a second line IT support job we are looking for you to have between 2-3 years previous experience where you would have provided fault analysis over the phone, as well as providing desktop support within the last 2 years.
We would like you to have some experience with MS Office Windows operating systems and a good knowledge of PC hardware.

Your salary is dependent on the experience you bring to this IT support job, but we can tell you that it may be between 5500 -7000 zloty gross per month depending on your skills and experience. However there are a number of benefits such as life insurance and leisure vouchers etc. and there is also relocation support that if needed can be supplied.
