Your day to day duties will look something along the lines of delivering excellent customer service to all customers via online chat and possibly email as you will not need to be on the phone at all - what great news huh?. Currently they are looking for a fluent English and a near native French speaker to work in their Online Customer Service Department in Berlin, Germany.

As the next French Customer Service Representative, we are looking for a near native French speaker, who also has a good level of English. We are looking for someone who has excellent written communication in both languages. Not forgetting that working in Customer Service, you will need to be friendly and patient with customers, so we are looking for an extremely customer focussed French speaker. You have a strong eye for detail and have good PC and typing skills as working on a computer will be a part of your daily routine.
