Your job as the French speaking IT support agent is to support small and medium sized companies with a range of online applications. This can be from products not loading to help customers to integrate these with other software programs etc. You will be working mainly from Monday to Friday so no night-shifts or weekend shifts for the French speaking IT support agent.

Interview process and salary
