What will you do in this job?
As the Travel Consultants Team Lead - your day-to-day will involve motivating and working closely with your team. Monitoring calls and email volumes from team members ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
You will be working with various other departments such as HR to help with career paths for the hard working as well as monitoring training needs. You will be holding regular meetings to ensure team success.

Who are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for a near native French speaker with good English. You will need to have excellent communications (written & oral) in both languages.
In terms of experience, we’re looking for you to have between 3-5 years experience in the travel sector and management roles. Not forgetting at least 2 years experience in a call center environment. You will need to have strong working knowledge in Travel GDS Systems (ideally Amadeus). You have a good understanding of sales and are flexible to varied work shift hours.
You have excellent problem solving, organizational and decision making skills in order to spur your team on and have everything running smoothly.

Interview & Salary
The interview process involves a French language test, a Skype call with the hiring manager and if successful you will be asked to sit another phone/Skype interview before the final decision.
