What will you do in this job?
You will be responsible for answering and responding to all inbound calls, emails or online chats from customers who have any issues or queries. You will need to assess each problem and come up with a diagnosis to solve the problem - while doing so you will need to log all issues in the CRM system so this can help in future training. You will have set targets which you and your team will need to hit.

Who are we looking for?
For this Tech Support job you are going to need a near native level of both French and Spanish. Good English is needed to. Excellent communication skills is mandatory as you will need good verbal and written skills in all languages.
You will need 3 years’ experience in providing tech support within the B2B environment, working in the resolution of inquiries and problems of customers via email and phone.
You are comfortable with advising clients on security-related products (for online use), have a good understanding of switching/networking/routers/firewall etc. You will need to know about network protocols too.

Interview & Salary
