What will you do in this job?
You will manage the German business development team (within a software sales environment) who’s aim is to grow their overall DACH pipeline. You will help motivate, implement strategies and develop strong long-lasting relationships with other senior sales managers throughout the company and other European office locations. In terms of growth, you will be responsible for the on-boarding of new business development representatives, offer training and detailing their overall targets (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for new recruits and current employees.

Who are we looking for?
To qualify you will need a near native level of German and English. You must have excellent communication skills, a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years management experience within the sales sector (it would be a plus if your experience was in a multicultural office). As you will be working for a software specialist – it is important to know that you will be leading a team of software business development agents. You have strong analytical skills, are capable of driving motivation, implementing strategic planning and working in a fast-paced environment.

Work in the heart of Dublin city centre – you couldn’t get more central! With your new office easily accessible via bus/LUAS/Train/Bike you are never too far from all the excitement working in a capital city can bring. You are moments from O’Connell street which is packed with bars/cafes/ restaurants and many shopping opportunities. Not to worry there are a number of bars where many German speakers gather to watch all Football and soccer events
Interview & Salary
When interviewing – you can expect several rounds that finish off with a face-to-face interview with the Vice President of EMEA sales and a background check.
Face-to-face interviews are the preferred choice – if needed the company will pay for you to come to Ireland.
Salary wise you can expect a basic of between €65,000 - €70,000 gross per annum along with a pretty attractive bonus structure plus stock options.
