We now have a great opportunity for those who work in sales right here in Dusseldorf – the capital of the North Rhine Westphalia State. For those with German & English skills and a minimum of 6 months business development/cold calling experience– here is the job for you with an exciting start making some serious headway here in Europe! 
Our client puts the human touch back into customer service and helps companies increase their overall conversion rate. 
Now, they want experience software sales enthusiast with excellent multilingual skills & an interest in living and working in Dusseldorf, Germany.

What will you do in this job?
Your main responsibilities will be to grow clientele in the German market – you will need to research companies, identify the contacts and work on a specialised offer to convert them, you will mainly be working via phone and email along with updating the company CRM system on each conversation and offer made.

Who are we looking for?
For this German Business Development job - we are looking for you to have near native German and an excellent level of English as you will be working on building new clientele in Germany. 
At least 6 months business development/cold calling experience is needed as well as a proactive and outgoing personality. 
Last but certainly not least as this job is mainly over the phone and via email, you will need excellent communication skills. 

Where would you be working?
Work in the capital of the North Rhine Westphalia state of Germany – Dusseldorf. One of Germany’s most prestigious industrial and financial centre with affordable housing, a vast variety of multicultural individuals accompanied with a great modern lifestyle with all that Duesseldorf can offer.

Interview & Salary 
For this German Business Development position, there will be 3 interviews. Fairly straightforward - you will have 1 interview with the recruiter, 1 with the sales manager and the last one with the sales director. 
There will be a face-to-face interview and a Skype. What's great is that the company will pay 50% of the costs to get you to the face to face interview, so that's a weight off your mind at least. 

With regards to salary – you can expect to earn between €35,000 - €38,000 gross per annum (depending on the level of experience) and up to €12,000 bonus per year – depending on performance– Our client will help you set up once you get over there - by putting you in touch with independent agencies to help you find a new place to call home & there is a negotiable and extremely attractive relocation package.
