What will you do in this job?
For this German IT Specialist job you will be responsible for preparing requests for rollouts, prioritising change requests, creating rollout plans for change requests and coordinate the implementation process. After that you will follow closely the process, checking that they implemented as planned. You will be required to actively take part in bigger projects when it comes to bigger desktop changes (i.e. the rollout of a new antivirus system.)

Who are we looking for?
For this IT Specialist job we are looking for fluent German speakers with a good level of English. You have previous helpdesk and/or technical call center experience, good problem solving skills and have an eye for detail. You are comfortable in working with a number of Windows operating systems such as Windows 7, Vista, XP etc. You know your way around internet browsers, VPN and remote dial-in users etc. You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and have previous experience in offering IT Support for laptops, desktops and printers. Lastly you have good communication skills and are able to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
