What will you do in this IT Support Job?
As part of the German IT Support team it will be your job to work on both 1st and 2nd level IT support, helping customers and clients via phone and email. You will need to document each query/issue as they come in to go into the company database to aid future services. You will have regular training sessions and update meetings with other members of staff. Lastly our client is looking for someone who is highly motivated, that they actively keep themselves up to date with their services in order to deliver the best IT Support you can offer.

They offer both IT Support and customer Service for customers and clients and are currently looking to grow their IT department, which is why we can now offer you this great German IT job in Cologne, Germany.
Who are we looking for?
For this IT Support job we are looking for a near native German speaker who has a good level of English and has an interest in working and living in Cologne, Germany. You have either a bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in IT and/or communication technology or training as an IT Support agent with good work experience.
You have excellent communication skills in both German and English and your troubleshooting skills are top notch. If you have previous experience in IT Support that would help you application but it is not needed.
Where would you be working?
Cologne is where this German IT Support job is based – Germany’s 4th largest city with the Rhine river flowing right through it – something to go to for a mini escape. Not forgetting the city’s most famous cathedral – the Kölner Dom. Then of course you have the Karneval that starts November 11th and this is where all of cologne make it out onto the street for a huge celebration for just the day then for another week in February – sounds good to us.
Interview & Salary
For the interview you would be looking at having 1 phone interview and if successful you will then sit 1 face-to-face interview. It’s a fairly straight forward process and if you pass both you can expect to earn between €30,000 - €36,000 gross per annum – A handsome Salary don’t you think.
