What will you do in this Procurement Job?
As the procurement officer, you are responsible for a variety of tasks such as; ensuring contracts are followed up on, paperwork is processed deliveries are successfully delivered, PO numbers are issued (where necessary) and suppliers are aware of the acceptable delivery times. On a day-to-day, you will also need to communicate with both suppliers and customers via phone and email. All in all, you will be responsible for the day to day running’s off all procurement procedures and everything flows without a problem.

Who are we looking for?
For this Procurement Officer position, we are looking for a truly multilingual speaker who speaks near native German and Slovak along with excellent English. You have great communication skills (written and verbal) in all languages. Not forgetting that you will need previous experience in dealing with both customer and suppliers, as this will be part of your day to day tasks.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in business/logistics and/or engineering and previous procurement/buyer experience – of course, if you don’t have a bachelor’s degree we are you need several years procurement experience and a vocational degree.
