What will you do in this job?
As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting sales representatives, making sure deadlines & targets are hit on time. You will be the one to stay on top of things, to push them when needed and oversee all crucial aspects of the day-to-day.
You will be maintaining B2B relationships with clients and distributors because you are the main point of contact for any and all issues and queries.
You will work closely with both the finance and logistics departments on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for updating the company’s internal system. Lastly, you are ok with picking up the phone to follow up with current (quiet) clients after particular campaigns.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is an up and coming manufacturing company with an office in the heart of Dublin city centre (more central than Google) and they operate internationally. They may be small with a 9-man operation, but they are growing fast, as they already have a number of large loyal customers behind them.
Who are we looking for?
To be their next multilingual Sales Coordinator, you will need a near native level of German and good English (Dutch would be a BIG Plus). Excellent communication skills are a must as well as being an ace multitasker.
You will need B2B experience (sales support would be a plus) as we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running on their first day.
Ideally, you have experience working in the food & beverage industry where you would have been overseen all aspects of each project. You are familiar with the sales cycle and more than comfortable to push sales reps when needed through certain aspects of the cycle. Last but certainly not least -> you have a strong attention to detail (nothing gets by you).

Interview & Salary:

With salary, you can look forward to earning €33,000 gross per annum. But wait, there’s more, after probation (6 months) and you have performed well, you can expect a salary increase of up to €36,000 gross per annum.
